Пробиотик ветеринарного применения. Гепатопротектор. Биологические свойства препарата Биопротектин® обусловлены сочетанным действием всех его компонентов.

Очищенный экстракт из плодов расторопши пятнистой – гепатопротектор, обладает защитным действием на печень, проявляет антиоксидантные и детоксикационные свойства, усиливает барьерную и внешнесекреторную функции печени, оказывает спазмолитическое и противовоспалительное действие.

Бифидобактерии и лактобактерии, обладающие антагонистической активностью в отношении условно-патогенных микроорганизмов, нормализуют микрофлору кишечника, улучшают деятельность ЖКТ, усиливают обменные процессы, способствуют повышению естественной резистентности организма.

Высокодисперсный кремнезем (ВДК) - вспомогательный компонент, обладает мощной адсорбирующей способностью и находится в тесной связи с бифидо- и лактобактериями, образуя клеточные конгломераты.

Лактулоза – синтетический олигосахарид (пребиотик), является пищевым субстратом для пробиотического компонента препарата и нормофлоры, колонизирующей толстый отдел кишечника.

Лактулоза нейтрализует токсины, образующиеся при промежуточном обмене галактозамина при воспалении печени.

Показания к применению препарата

Лечение и профилактика гепатитов различной этиологии и дисбактериозов у собак, возникших вследствие интоксикации, лекарственной терапии и пищевых токсикозов, в т.ч.:
— острые и хронические заболевания печени различной этиологии;
— состояния, сопровождающиеся развитием печеночной недостаточности;
— после длительной антибиотико- и химиотерапии, терапии ГКС и НПВС;
— желудочно-кишечные заболевания неустановленной этиологии и пищевые токсикозы.

Порядок применения

Для собак мелких пород и щенков с питьем (кипяченой остуженной водой) или кормом, перед употреблением капсулы раскрывают и перемешивают их содержимое.

При остром течении болезни препарат назначают в зависимости от массы тела животного в следующей дозировке:

от 5 до 10 кг	по 2 капс./сут в течение 23 дней
от 10 кг и выше	по 4 капс./сут в течение 23 дней

При хроническом течении болезни препарат назначают в зависимости от массы собак в следующих дозах:
