Акримет представляет собой жидкость насыщенно-зелёного цвета, содержит три антисептических средства: малахитовый зеленый, метиленовый синий и трипафлавин. Препарат выпускают в пластиковых флаконах по 50 мл, которые вкладывают в картонные коробки.

ФАРМАКОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ СВОЙСТВА

Благодаря тому, что механизм подавления жизнедеятельности болезнетворных организмов у этих веществ различный, эффективность и спектр антисептического действия такой комбинации значительно выше, чем у каждого из них по отдельности.

ПОКАЗАНИЯ

Предназначен для лечения грибковых и протозойных заболеваний пресноводных аквариумных рыб, таких как: дерматомикоз, бранхиомикоз (жаберная гниль), ихтиофтириоз, оодиниоз (вельветовая или бархатная болезнь).

ДОЗЫ И СПОСОБ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ

Лечение рыб рекомендуется проводить в отдельном аквариуме (карантинном аквариуме). Приготовьте лечебный раствор в стеклянном сосуде, добавив определенное количество препарата акримет в отстоявшуюся воду, исходя из расчета: 5 мл препарата на 20 л воды. В качестве мерной емкости можно воспользоваться колпачком флакона, который вмещает приблизительно 5 мл раствора. Доведите температуру лечебного раствора до температуры воды в аквариуме, в котором находились заболевшие рыбы. Затем пересадите рыб в сосуд с лечебным раствором, постепенно доведите температуру раствора до 26-28 °С и постоянно поддерживайте эту температуру. Обеспечьте интенсивную аэрацию. Время экспозиции рыб в лечебном растворе 30-45 мин. Обработку проводите через каждые 12 часов в течение 4-5 дней, всякий раз приготавливая свежий лечебный раствор. В перерывах между обработкой помещайте рыб в другой сосуд с отстоявшейся водой при температуре 26-28 °С.

При необходимости лечение можно повторить через три дня. Для лечения дерматомикоза можно также применять кратковременные примочки ватными тампонами, смоченными разбавленным препаратом акримет (5 мл на 10 л воды). В период лечения необходимо провести дезинфекцию общего аквариума и рыбоводного инвентаря любым, описанным в литературе способом, или воспользоваться препаратом акримет. Для этого необходимо удалить из аквариума всех рыб, а из фильтра — активированный уголь и биофильтр, обеспечить эффективную циркуляцию воды и аэрацию, произвести частичную замену аквариумной воды (1/4-1/3 объема). После этого перелить в аквариум определенное количество препарата акримет из расчета: 5 мл исходного раствора на 40 л аквариумной воды. На третий день и далее ежедневно до окончания курса лечения производить частичную замену воды (1/4-1/3 объема). Для освобождения воды от окрашивания по окончании курса лечения применяют фильтры с активированным углем.

ПОБОЧНЫЕ ДЕЙСТВИЯ

В рекомендуемых дозах не оказывает отрицательного действия.

ПРОТИВОПОКАЗАНИЯ Не установлены.

ОСОБЫЕ УКАЗАНИЯ

Обратите внимание на то, что грибковые заболевания являются, как правило, вторичными, тогда как основная болезнь чаще вызвана бактериальной инфекцией, механическими повреждениями участков кожи или плохими условиями содержания рыб. Поэтому в процессе лечения необходимо также устранить причины основного заболевания.
